Savante ("we", "us", "our") is an AI development studio. Our website is savante.dev. For data-related inquiries: privacy@savante.dev

Contact form: When you submit a project inquiry, we collect: first name, last name, business email, phone number (optional), country, company size, deployment preference, product interest, and use case description.

Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics (no Google Analytics). If you consent via the cookie banner, we collect anonymised page visit data (no personal identifiers).

Cookies: We use one functional cookie to remember your cookie consent choice. No tracking cookies are set without your explicit consent.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

• Legitimate interest — responding to your project inquiry
• Consent — analytics cookies (opt-in only)

4. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and scope your project
• To send a confirmation email via Resend (our email provider)
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@savante.dev.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@savante.dev to exercise any right.

7. Third-party processors

• Resend — email delivery (resend.com)
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions (vercel.com)

Both processors are GDPR-compliant and operate under data processing agreements.
