Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing savante.dev or engaging Savante for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Savante provides AI development, software engineering, and consulting services. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate project agreements (Statements of Work) signed between Savante and the client.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Savante retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies used in delivery.

4. Limitation of liability

Savante's liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during a project engagement private. NDAs are available upon request.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless otherwise agreed in a project contract.
